Government National Mortgage Association (GNMA or Ginnie Mae)
A corporation formed by the U.S. government to purchase government loans like VA and FHA loans from banks and mortgage lenders.
Think of it as Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac, except that it buys only government loans.
