Credit history
A record of a consumer's credit behaviors over an extended period of time, including credit account and payment activity.
Negative information is usually reported for seven years with the exception of bankruptcy, which may be reported for up to ten years.
Positive information will stay on indefinitely, sometimes for 20 years or more.
