Acceptance credit facility
A facility under which the 'borrower' may issue bills of exchange which require "acceptance" (or agreement to pay the amount specified in the bills of exchange) by the "lender".
Amounts which the "lender" has paid under the bills of exchange are treated as loans made to the "borrower".
